An invigorating flow of postures to help prepare a woman’s body for birth and to keep in shape during the pregnancy. This series is designed for those women who have some yoga experience or are in relatively good physical condition and are experiencing a normal healthy pregnancy. The program begins with Tai chi style warm-ups and modified sun salutes. It continues with squats and hip-opening standing poses. The end takes you to sitting hip-openers, forward bends and gentle restorative poses. It is the perfect combination of engaging and relaxing, with a nourishing and meditative quality throughout.
